RENNOVATION STATUS

We are still in the process of making rennovations to our new church.  There has been some considerable water damage to the roof, ceilings and to the walls of the main church and the sunday school at the back of the main hall.  The builders are still working inside and hopefully soon we will have plaster on our walls and ceilings.

Our little sanctuary still needs massive amounts of work doing on it but as you can see from the pictures uploaded we have made progress.  Not to mention work has also been done the car parking area and the gardens to the front of the building has had some work completed there.  However, we still  need volunteers to join the team and get dirty with us.

Have a look at our Rennovations page and you can see the work that has been done to date, and you can see the extent of repairs that still need to be done and why we need to raise funds to help towards the costs.

Once thats done we still have the enormous task of further cleaning the building.  Financially we will have to raise the funds so we can afford chairs, tables and carpets so we can start using the building.

If anyone has any suggestions for fund raising ideas please drop us a line inside the church, or through our contact us page.

We will keep you updated as soon as we can.

Thank you

General Information

As some of you may be aware we have been looking for a new property as our current church would be too expensive to renovate.  We have now found and purchased a new place and will be moving shortly to it.  Our new building is the old Methodist Church on Bath Street Brighton Rd which is just approximately 100yds up the road from where we are currently situated.

However, we are still currently using Gwynfa Villa until such time as the new building is ready to move into.  You will be notified of a moving date as soon as we have one, but in the meantime please continue to attend services as normal

DONATIONS

Friends, as ever we are continually financing all the major repairs to our new church and as you may be aware it is a very big building which has been left empty for over 2 years and unfortunately has had some building damage.  However we are continuing with our rennovations and soon we will be able to decorate our little sanctuary, but funds are short and we still need to decorate as well as buying new chairs, tables and furnishings.  If you would like to help us with our rennovation costs we would kindly accept any donation you wish to make.  For donation purposes please use our contact us page with your details.

Thank you very much and God Bless.

URGENTLY NEEDED:

Volunteers will be needed to help remove rubbish and clean up the place, also anyone with basic DIY skills would be welcome as may be needed for some small

works (nothing major). Also, any apparatus such as ladders, vacuum cleaners, cleaning equipment in general that you may have to bring would be welcome as well.

Thank you
